What are event competitions?Event competitions are organiser run prize draws linked to a specific event. Once you have checked in, you can enter for a chance to win on the day prizes.

What types of competition can I enter?General competitions – open to everyone, find them under Competitions in the main menu. Event competitions – linked to a specific event, access them via Competitions or the event Interaction page. Attendee exclusive competitions – appear on the event Interaction page after you check in.

Who is responsible for each competition?Competitions are created by the organiser or business, which sets the competition terms and conditions and handles any disputes. Orgonize is not a party to the competition.

Issue with an event?Contact the organiser directly via the link on the event page, they can help with any event specific questions or issues.

How do I delete my account and data?Open Settings › Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your profile and content. We keep only data needed for legal or fraud prevention reasons, then delete or anonymise the rest.

Where are my tickets or events I am going to stored?Every ticket, plus any event you have RSVP’d to, sits in your wallet under Events. Show the QR code at the entrance or tap Check In at non ticketed events to let friends know you are there, no more scrambling for screenshots at the door.

Does a guest pass guarantee entry?Guest passes are first come, first served and remain subject to the organiser’s terms. Live availability shows how many passes remain.

Where can I find competitions I have entered?Every competition you have entered is in your wallet under Competitions, active entries also appear in the main menu Competitions tab.

How will I know if policies change?We will alert you in app, by email or another clear channel at least 30 days before significant changes take effect, giving you time to review them.

Why Do I Need To Upload My Photo?Orgonize embeds your photo into your tickets. This allows the host to verify your identity for proof of purchase. If your phone is lost or dies, the host can still check you in manually using your photo as the ticket owner. You can update your profile photo anytime, but it must be a clear headshot. Photos of pets, plants, or other non-identifiable images may result in being refused entry if the host cannot verify your identity.

Can I report an event?Yes, tap Report in the event settings to flag issues for review.

How do I set up my account?Download Orgonize from the App Store or Google Play and follow the on screen prompts to register with your mobile number.

Who can use the app?Anyone aged 16 or over in any region where Orgonize is available may use the app, provided they accept our Terms of Use and follow local laws.

How can I exercise my privacy rights?Email dpo@orgonize.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. We will verify your identity and respond within legal deadlines.

How are payments processed?All transactions go through Stripe, Orgonize never stores your card details.

How are winners selected?Orgonize runs a fair, random draw and notifies both the winners and the organiser, who receives the winners’ contact details.

Issue with a competition?Each competition page includes direct contact details for the organiser or publisher, contact them with any competition questions or problems.

Does Orgonize share my data or transfer it abroad?Yes, but only with trusted providers such as Stripe and Orgonize affiliates to run the service. When data leaves the EEA or UK we use approved safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses, see the Privacy Notice for full details.

Need technical help or customer support?First, close and relaunch the app, then ensure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Still stuck? Delete and reinstall the app. If the issue remains, email support@orgonize.com and we will reply promptly.

How do I buy tickets?For events using Orgonize tickets, tap Book Tickets and complete payment, tickets appear instantly in your wallet. If Book Tickets opens a third-party site such as Eventbrite, Dice or Ticketmaster, that service sends your tickets. After buying third-party tickets, open Orgonize and tap Going so friends can see you are attending.

Is the processing fee refundable?No, refunds cover the face value of the ticket and the booking fee only.

What data does Orgonize collect?Only the information required to run the service, typically your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, gender and profile photo. We never sell or share your data without consent, see our User Terms Agreement and Privacy Policy.

How does Orgonize protect my data?We secure your data with industry standard encryption in transit and at rest, segregated servers, regular security audits and role based access controls.

How often can I enter a competition?For competitions lasting longer than 24 hours, you may enter once every 24 hours. A countdown timer shows when you can enter again.

How do I check in at an event (ticketed or non ticketed)?On the day, events you are attending appear on What’s On for instant ticket access or Check In. Ticketed events: Show your QR code to staff or scan it at the printed code, organiser’s choice. Lost ticket or dead phone? Staff can check you in manually with your name, mobile number and profile photo. Non ticketed events or Other Ticket providers: Mark yourself Going, be at the venue and tap Check In on the event page to unlock interaction features.

What happens if an event is cancelled?If an event is cancelled, the organiser processes refunds via Stripe. Refunds go to the original ticket purchaser and include the ticket face value plus the booking fee, processing fees are non refundable. Orgonize does not issue refunds.

How will I know if I have won?Winners receive an automatic notification, you can also check ended competitions in your wallet.

Can I reserve tickets for friends?Yes, reserve up to four tickets at checkout, friends have one hour to complete the purchase and join you.

What fees will I pay?You pay the ticket price plus a booking fee (if applicable). A separate processing fee also applies, and processing fees are non refundable.

When will my tickets or passes arrive?Immediately after payment is confirmed, tickets or passes appear in your wallet.

Can I transfer tickets?Yes, your friend must accept the tickets before the transfer is confirmed. You can cancel a pending transfer at any time, and each ticket can be transferred up to three times.

How are refunds issued?The organiser sets the refund policy and handles refunds through Stripe. Refunds cover the ticket face value and booking fee, processing fees are non refundable. If you are eligible, contact the organiser via the event page, Orgonize is not responsible for refunds.

How long does Orgonize keep my data?We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes in our Privacy Notice, typically for your active account plus any legally required period for disputes, taxation or fraud prevention, then delete or anonymise it.

Do I need a licence or permit to run my event?Yes. Secure any venue, alcohol, performance, noise, or public safety licences required by local law. Orgonize may request proof.

How are cancelled events refunded?If an event is cancelled, you must refund every guest directly from your Stripe account. Orgonize is not responsible. Refunds cover the ticket price and your booking fee.

Do refunds include the Orgonize processing fee?No. The Orgonize payment processing fee is non refundable, so purchasers receive only the ticket price and booking fee back.

How does Orgonize protect guest data and comply with GDPR?Orgonize is fully GDPR compliant. We use encryption and strict access controls. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I really keep 100 % of the booking fees, or is there a catch?Yes. You keep 100 % of ticket revenue and 100 % of any booking fee you set (0 % to 10 %). No gimmicks or hidden charges.

How are payments processed?Funds land in your Stripe Connect account the moment a ticket is sold, and Stripe pays them to your bank on your payout schedule, usually within one or two business days.

What territories is Orgonize available in?You can create events and competitions throughout the UK and Ireland now. We will expand across Europe in the coming months and worldwide in 2026.

How do I handle chargebacks?Stripe notifies you of any dispute. Provide evidence and resolve the case with the card issuer and the guest; Orgonize is not involved.

How long does support take to respond?We aim to reply as quickly as possible and monitor support requests around the clock.

Are there any hidden fees for creating events or competitions?No. All organiser fees are listed above, so you always know exactly what you will pay or receive.

Can I see how much the purchaser will pay when I set my admission price?Absolutely. Orgonize shows the exact amount and percentage the purchaser will pay, helping you balance revenue and value.

What data do I get on guests and followers?View each guest’s name, image, age, contact details, and every event or competition they joined. Download the data any time. Orgonize lowers marketing costs and notifies followers instantly.

What is required to register as an Organiser?Create a personal profile with a valid mobile number, then log in on the web or tablet. Each Organiser account needs a verified email address, any business details (VAT, company, or charity number), and a connected Stripe Standard account if you sell tickets.

How do I update my business details?In the menu, choose Business Account, edit the fields, and save.

How does ticket pricing work, and who handles VAT or other taxes?You set every ticket price and any booking fee. Displayed prices must include VAT or sales tax; you collect and remit those taxes yourself. Orgonize labels the final price as “includes all taxes” at checkout.

Can I edit my event after it has been published?You can change most details until ticket sales start; core details lock once sales are live.

What are the refund policies, and can I refund tickets directly through the platform?You set a refund policy for each ticket type and can refund by looking up the attendee. Refunds include the ticket price and your booking fee.

What fees does Orgonize charge organisers?Creating events with the free Orgonize ticket system is free. Listing an event that uses a third party ticket provider, creating a competition, or boosting an event costs €99 plus VAT or £99 plus VAT, depending on your country.

Can I share my event or competition on social media or other platforms?Yes. Copy the link once, share anywhere, and all Orgonize users can reshare. Each click opens your listing so guests can act immediately.

Can I register as an individual or only as a business?Either. Every Organiser account links to your personal profile and phone number; add business details only if they apply.

When do I receive revenue from ticket sales?Instantly into Stripe, then to your bank according to Stripe’s payout timetable, often one or two business days.

Can I create a private or invite-only event?Yes. Private events do not appear on the What’s On page and cannot be shared. Use the Invite Guests tab on your event management page to send invites. If a person is not on Orgonize, enter their mobile number; they receive a download link, then you can invite them.

Can my tickets be transferred?Yes. Guests can buy multiple tickets and transfer them, and you can track the full transfer history.

Does Orgonize resolve disputes between organisers and guests?No. All communication about delivery, admissions, and refunds is between you and your guests.

Can users report my event?Yes. Any user can report an event they believe breaches our guidelines.

Can I edit my competition after it’s published?No. Competition rules must remain fixed, so finalise everything before publishing.

Does my Stripe account need to stay connected?Yes. If it disconnects, ticket sales pause. Reconnect promptly or Orgonize may cancel events, and you must refund guests through Stripe.

Can guests reserve tickets for their friends?Yes. After buying, a guest can reserve tickets for up to four friends for one hour. Friends are notified and can purchase instantly, boosting group attendance.

What can I do on Orgonize?Create non seated events and linked competitions, choose free or paid entry, and manage marketing, analytics, and check in in one place.

How will I know how my event looks before I publish it?As you add details, the mobile emulator updates live so you can refine the listing before publishing. It works the same for competitions.

How do I create an event on the platform?Choose the free Orgonize system or a third party provider, click Create Event, upload event and What’s On images, enter basic details, pick ticket types, add media and sponsors, preview in the emulator, then publish.

Can multiple people manage my Organiser account?Yes. The account creator is the sole Super Admin; you can invite unlimited Admins and promote one of them to Super Admin if needed.

How can I communicate with guests, and how can they communicate with us?Each event has a chat room where you post updates and guests chat. If you prefer one way messages, switch to a notice board. View all conversations in the Chat tab and toggle between chat and notice board at any time.

How do I scan and check in guests at the door?Invite crew in the Check-In System tab on your event management page. They can scan with phones or tablets, verify photos, or check guests in manually on any device. You can print self scan QR codes, work offline with automatic sync, and monitor live capacity stats. Scanning is free.

Will Orgonize ever be unavailable for maintenance, and how will that affect my event?Planned maintenance occurs during low traffic hours with notice. Ticket pages stay online, scanners work offline and sync later, and everything resumes automatically after service is restored.

How does Orgonize respond to reported events?We review the report, contact you to resolve issues, and may suspend or remove the listing if necessary.

Can Orgonize cancel my event?If an event is offensive, reported for suspicious activity, or breaches the Terms and Conditions and you do not amend it, Orgonize can cancel it. You remain responsible for all refunds.

How long does it take to create an Organiser account?Just a few minutes.

Can I have multiple Organiser accounts?Yes. Perfect for managing several venues or brands, and you can switch between accounts instantly.

What happens if I violate the Orgonize Terms of Service?Consequences can include account suspension, event removal, and, where required, legal action.

Can I download my financial reports?Yes. In Financial Reports you can generate custom financial exports in multiple formats and date ranges.

Are there any content or event types that are not allowed on Orgonize?Yes. Events that are unlawful, promote violence, hate, or discrimination, infringe intellectual property, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy are prohibited.

How do I contact Orgonize if I have issues?In your Organiser profile, choose Contact Us. A support ticket opens and our team responds as quickly as possible.

What type of tickets and admissions can I create for my event?With Orgonize tickets you can offer paid, free, pay at the door, promotional tickets, and guest passes. Using a third party provider you can still add Orgonize promotional tickets and guest passes.

How do I delete my Organiser account, and what happens to live events?Go to Settings → Account and select Delete Account. Cancel or finish all active events first and refund guests where required. After deletion, personal data is removed according to our Privacy Policy, while legally required financial records are stored securely.
